Assessment you can defend in the boardroom
Decisions about people deserve evidence, not instinct.
The TISC Enterprise Maturity System™ measures enterprise capability, professional readiness and leadership succession as one architecture, in one calm platform for coaches, HR leaders and Boards.

Why TISC
From opinion-led reviews to evidence-led decisions
Most people decisions still rest on one manager's view and a spreadsheet. TISC gives every number a basis you can explain.
Opinion-led
One reviewer's view, presented as fact
Scores with no record of who rated or how many
Raters unsure if their answers were saved
Reports that prompt "is this number right?"
Evidence-led with TISC
Multi-rater panels, with Self shown against Others
Every result states its basis and confidence
Autosave on every answer, on any device
Board-ready reports with authored, consistent readings
The assessments
Three indices. One line of sight.
A standalone tool · separate from TEMS™
Strategist Type Profiler™
A 50-statement self-assessment that shows how you naturally approach strategy across five orientations. About 25 to 35 minutes, no account needed.

How it works
From set-up to a Board-ready reading
- 1
Choose an index
Pick ECI™, CCI™ or SRI™, name the person or business unit, and set a due date.
- 2
Invite the panel
Add raters by email or import a list. Each gets a private link and confirms it's them with a one-time code.
- 3
Raters respond with care
Clear anchors on every point, Not observed when it applies, and autosave on every answer.
- 4
Read results you can defend
Composite, band, Self vs Others and rater agreement, each with its basis, validated by a TISC Assessor.
Roles
Six roles. Each sees only what it needs.
Super Admins
TISC runs the platform. Each client has one Client Super Admin, who sets up entities and appoints product admins.
Progress and approved reports
Product Admins
ECI Admins run enterprise assessments; CCI/SRI Admins run people assessments. Neither sees the other's data.
Own domain only
Assessor
A qualified TISC professional who validates results before anything is released.
Assigned cases only
Coach
Supports development conversations and action plans once a report is released.
Released reports only
Person being assessed
Gives consent first, completes any self-assessment and sees their own released results.
Own results only
Rater
Rates by a private link, with no account. Can be an independent rater from outside the organisation.
Never sees results
The Strategist Type Profiler™ is separate: participants take it from an emailed link and see only their own profile.
Results
Every number shows its basis
Scores are rounded to one decimal place before banding, and the reading always comes from the same band. Ties, low rater counts and suspicious response patterns are stated openly, not hidden.
Band meter and dimension breakdown
See where the composite sits, and which dimensions lift or hold it back.
Self vs Others, by group
Gaps between self-view and others' view are visible at a glance.
Raters
Finish on any device, never lose an answer
Raters don't need an account. A private link, a one-time code, and they're in. Every answer saves as they go, so they can stop on a laptop and finish on a phone.
Anchors on every scale point
No guessing what a 3 means.
Anonymity explained up front
Peers and Direct Reports appear only as a group of 3 or more.
Privacy
Trust is designed in, not bolted on
The person being assessed gives consent before anything starts, and raters see who will read the results before they begin. Scores never travel in emails or links, and every access to individual responses is logged.
Secure, encrypted hosting
With retention aligned to NDPR and GDPR: deleted 12 months after the engagement closes.
Audited access
Viewing results, exporting and admin access are all recorded.
No third-party trackers
Data is used only for the assessment it was given for.
Who it's for
One platform, three kinds of user
Organisations and HR
Baseline enterprise capability, calibrate talent and build succession benches your Board can trust.
Coaches and CSIP™ practitioners
Receive released reports, prepare debriefs and build action plans with the people you coach.
Individuals
Take the Strategist Type Profiler™ and see how you naturally approach strategy, across five orientations.
FAQ
Questions people ask before they start
Can't see your question? Talk to us and we'll walk you through it.
Talk to usDo raters need an account?
No. Each rater gets a private link and confirms it's them with a one-time code sent to their email. Links expire 14 days after the due date.
Who can see individual ratings?
No one sees an individual rater's answers by name. Peers and Direct Reports are reported only as a group of 3 or more. Any access to individual responses needs a recorded reason and is logged.
How is the score worked out?
Each dimension score is the average of the statements rated, leaving out Not observed. Scores are rounded to one decimal place, then placed in a band, and a TISC Assessor validates every result before it's released.
Where is our data stored?
On secure, encrypted servers. Your data is used only for the assessment it was given for, and is deleted 12 months after the engagement closes unless you ask us to keep it.
Is the platform accessible?
It's designed to WCAG 2.2 AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, has large touch targets on phones, and keeps text at readable contrast.
