HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, nothing hidden

    Set up

    Your CCI/SRI Admin names the person and invites their raters by email.

  2. 2

    Consent, then ratings

    The person consents first. Each rater then uses their own private link, with no account needed.

  3. 3

    Validated report

    The TISC Assessor signs off the result, and the person goes through it with their coach.

CCI™ is one of three TEMS™ indices. With the other two, it builds your Entity Capability Index. No single index is the whole picture.
